We provide one-on-one athletic therapy tailored to your specific performance and recovery needs. Some specific services we offer include cup therapy (myofascial decompression), IASTM (scraping) nervous system work, Dry needling, and advanced joint mobilizations (with Dr. Pat only).

Dr. Patrick Roosta

Dr. Patrick Roosta is a state licensed and nationally certified athletic trainer. He graduated from Florida International University with his Bachelors degree in Sports & Fitness Studies, he later went on to pursue his Master of Science in Athletic Training and soon after his Doctorate in Athletic Training where he was part of the very first cohort of students.
